HDR Houston: Williams Tower

Another HDR of a Houston landmark – this time, the Williams Tower.  I like how the reflections show up here… the clouds interestingly enough (strangely enough?) correspond with each other – the reflection with what is in back of the tower, making it almost look see-through.  If you didn’t know, this is in the same park as the Water Wall (Yesterday’s post).

Oh – and about one month until I leave for Taiwan!

    Count down for Taiwan!
I like it when the clouds are exposed:-)
    great shot as always

  2. Perhaps I should be as kind and also comment on your blog? ;)

I’m so excited for you to go to Taiwan and give some legitimacy to this name you’ve got. Also these pictures are incredible, especially this last one. I love it. I took a few photography classes but didn’t have the knack for it. I love it, but the technical jazz just ain’t my style. I’m no good at playing with exposure etc etc.

Taiwaaaaaan. I wish I could give you tips. Green Island is definitely worth exploring. I went for a few days with my friend Sho & wooo weee, it’s a beautiful place. If you can get there on a clear day see the sunrise from the hot springs. We tried, but it was cloudy. :( Still beautiful, though.

    • Thanks! I’ll keep the hot springs in mind – my first month, I’ll do tourist-y stuff like visit Taipei and go to the top of Taipei 101 and Chang-kai-shek Memorial.

I look forward to the hot springs along with getting to hike in the mountains – I just really hope that I’ll have enough time and energy!
